Ticket Booking
1. Can I choose my seats?
Seats will be assigned automatically by the system. However, if seat selection is permitted for the event, customers will have the option to choose or modify their seats easily.
2. How many tickets can I purchase in a single transaction?
You can buy up to 6-8 tickets per transaction. The maximum number of tickets available may vary depending on the event. A transaction fee of RM10.80 applies to purchases made via the website. Ticket limits are subject to event-specific regulations.
3. What are the administrative charges for event tickets?
A booking fee of RM4.32 applies per ticket.
4. How do I confirm my ticket purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details at your registered email address.
5. I booked a ticket but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered. If you still don’t see it, click on the 'Resend Booking Confirmation' option on the website. For further assistance, contact us at +6019-3301-882 or email cs@mmic.com.my.
6. Can I cancel or change my ticket after purchase?
All ticket sales are final. Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Payment
1. What is Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode provide an additional layer of security, ensuring that only the cardholder can make online purchases. Malaysian banks use a One-Time Password (OTP) system, which requires you to have your mobile number registered with your card-issuing bank. An OTP will be sent to your phone for verification when making a payment.
2. What payment methods are available for ticket purchases?
Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit & debit cards. Additional payment options will be introduced in the future.
3. What is a CVV code, and where can I find it?
The CVV (Card Verification Value), also known as CVC (Card Verification Code) or CSC (Card Security Code), is a security feature found on credit and debit cards:
- Visa & MasterCard: A 3-digit code located on the back of the card near the magnetic strip.
- American Express: A 4-digit code printed on the front of the card.
4. My booking failed, but my credit card was charged. What should I do?

5. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

We have optimized the website for speed, but performance may still be affected by your internet connection. Please check with your Internet Service Provider if you experience slow loading times.
3. What should I do if my booking is incomplete?
If your transaction fails during the payment process, you will be notified of any errors, and any deducted amount will be refunded within three weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
4. What happens if the event I booked is postponed or canceled?
In case of cancellation or postponement, please refer to official announcements from the event promoter or BookMyShow for updates and further instructions.
